Paris Day 3

On our last day in Paris we were so tired. But we still had a great day!

First, the Bastille (area in Paris we stayed) Market was open on Sundays, so we went to check it out. And, gosh I sure do love markets!

So many fresh veggies and flowers

And..... fresh brie (of course)!

We took the train to Versailles for the afternoon.  It was huge, and way over the top, duh. Marie Antoinette really did know how to spend money.

My favorite parts were...
 the chandeliers

 and the gardens.
I would love to know how many people it takes to trim all of the bushes to look as perfect as they do.

We also happened to be there for a "fountain show."

So, it looked extra cool since all of the fountains were on for just ten minutes.  Tons of people sat and just watched, so we figured this must have been a rare occasion that we were lucky enough to get to see!
